System (PACS) Administrator

The Senior Systems Administrator IV, Imaging role supports Radiology and Cardiology imaging/PACS systems, assisting in resolving system problems and ensuring the stability and performance of enterprise systems.
Responsibilities
Supporting Radiology and Cardiology imaging/PACS systems, this position assists technical and project team members in resolving system problems and application-specific issues
This role supports the stability, availability, and performance of enterprise systems and provides first- and second-level support
This role also supports communications with product users and suppliers to share information, identify opportunities, resolve problems, prioritize customer requirements, and maintain continuous improvement through customer feedback
In addition, this position plans the implementation of hardware and software changes into environments and participates in and influences change management processes
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in System Administration, including maintaining, upgrading, and troubleshooting PACS and related systems
Strong knowledge of Radiology and Cardiology processes to ensure effective system integration and support
Extensive experience in providing Technical Support and resolving system issues efficiently
Strong Troubleshooting skills, including identifying and resolving technical problems promptly
Relevant certifications in PACS administration or system troubleshooting are a plus
Ability to adapt and collaborate with clinical and technical teams in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Preferred
Optum and Sectra experience would be a bonus skillset to have
