Responsibilities
Gather, maintain, format, and manipulate technical data
Produce engineering documents, reports, and drawings
Prepare summaries and quantitative analysis
Support engineers with various technical tasks
Assist with equipment scoping and qualification
Perform general lab functions, calibration, and safety procedures
Identify and report factors affecting projects
Assist with prototype processes and test setups
Execute test protocols and conduct testing
Document and communicate test results accurately
Qualification
Required
High school diploma required
Experience in a lab environment or regulated setting
Minimum of 6 years of technician or laboratory experience
Experience following written procedures
Ability to work collaboratively with a team
Strong computer skills
Laboratory or R&D experience
Experience handling test samples, chemicals, and performing routine lab maintenance
Experience documenting test results and preparing reports
Ability to understand and perform written test procedures
Strong communication skills
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
Ability to train lower-level technicians
Technical documentation

Equipment handling and maintenance
Data collection and analysis
Computer proficiency
Problem-solving abilities
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in a technical field with at least 1 year of relevant experience
