Responsibilities

End-to-End Captive Experience: Bring deep, direct experience standing up and operating a captive preferably in the auto, industrial equipment, tech. / fintech sectors
Comprehensive Value Chain Expertise: Demonstrate strong knowledge and operational experience across core captive functions including but not limited to Dealer Credit Management, Product Management, Originations, Servicing and Collections etc
Operations: Provide subject matter expertise with captive operations, drawing on practical experience to identify key process, compliance, and performance levers
Stakeholder Engagement: Drive client conversations and sessions with client executives to capture business objectives, current pain points, and expectations for the captive solution
Business Case Development: Support build and articulate compelling, data-driven business cases for captive formation and enhancement; translate findings into actionable recommendations and client-ready deliverables
Tech Landscape Leadership: Advise on the technology ecosystem required for captive operations, including platform selection, integration needs, and IT security
Software & Cost Analysis: Understand the cost structure and functional strengths of leading captive software partners; conduct cost/benefit analysis addressing core platforms and solutions
Status Tracking and Reporting : Drive weekly status updates and weekly reporting for internal and client reviews
Documentation: Draft deliverables including feasibility reports, executive summaries, recommendations, and presentation materials for client reviews

Required

Intermediate (3-5 years experience)
