Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain high-performance enterprise applications
Responsible for the full software development lifecycle, from architecture to deployment, ensuring that our Java applications are optimized for Linux servers and cloud-native architectures
Design and develop robust, scalable, and maintainable backend services using Java (8 ) and the Spring Boot framework
Deploy and manage applications in Linux environments (RedHat/Ubuntu/CentOS)
Write shell scripts (Bash) to automate routine system tasks and deployments
Monitor system performance on Linux, identify and resolve memory leaks, CPU bottlenecks, and thread contention issues
Build and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services
Write complex SQL queries and optimize database performance (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle)
Work closely with DevOps to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes
Perform deep-dive root cause analysis on production issues using Linux command-line tools (grep, awk, sed, netstat, top)
Qualification
Required
Highly skilled Java Developer with a strong background in Linux-based environments
Core Java
Deep understanding of JVM internals, Multithreading, and Garbage Collection
Proficiency in Spring (Core, Boot, Security, Data)
Linux mastery
Strong command-line proficiency
Experience with Shell Scripting (Bash/Python)
Knowledge of Linux file systems, permissions, and networking protocols
Architecture, experience with Microservices
