Assistant Manager

The Assistant Manager will support daily operations and property management functions, including overseeing leasing activities and maintaining tenant relations to ensure operational and financial performance goals are met.

Qualification
Required
Proven administrative and organizational skills, including experience handling documentation, reports, and scheduling
Knowledge of property management, leasing processes, and maintaining tenant relations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with residents, team members, and vendors
Proficiency in using property management software and basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office)
Problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach to address resident and property needs efficiently
Preferred
Experience in marketing strategies and managing property advertising is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or related field preferred but not required
