Responsibilities
Responsible for all facets of financial reporting and analysis including general ledger, month-end close, payroll, costing, AP, and AR
Manage Account Payable / Accounts Receivable staff
Provide tax guidance to management team and work closely with outside CPA firm to ensure proper tax filing for multiple entities
Become a business partner both internal with mfg/operations/sales and externally with vendors and customers
Protect assets by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures
Daily and strategic cash management including working with lenders on line of credit and other capital requests
Responsible for risk management including purchase of insurance(s)
Compliance with federal, state, and local legal and tax requirements
Involvement with all HR related activity including compliance
Member of 401k committee
Provide direction and leadership to achieve company financial targets
Ad Hoc projects
Accounting for related party real estate management companies
Qualification
Required
Analytical minded strategic thinker
Skilled with accounting process and tax
Comfortable using an ERP system
Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office applications with emphasis in Excel skills

6+ year's public accounting experience with relevant tax experience
BA/BS degree
CPA
Strong in Microsoft suite of tools
Ability to commute to Aurora, IL 60505
Ability to relocate to Aurora, IL 60505 before starting work
Preferred
Past ERP implementation experience a plus
