Business Development Representative
Clarity Recruiting is a rapidly growing agency dedicated to helping global brands craft compelling narratives and impactful experiences. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, securing RFPs, and driving revenue growth through strategic prospecting and relationship-building in the field of experiential marketing.
Responsibilities
Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities using sales tools such as Salesforce, Digideck, Amplemarket, and Sales Navigator
Generate leads through cold outreach & networking events in NYC
Present tailored strategies that showcase company's unique methodology
Manage the sales pipeline and land RFP’s to meet revenue targets
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive positioning
Provide regular updates to CSO on relationships and sales progress
Qualification
Required
Minimum 4 years of sales experience preferrably in brand marketing, events, or digital
Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
Proven track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint/Keynote, and Salesforce
