Identify and prioritize prospective partners that align with Intention.ly’s mission and growth strategy
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of business development opportunities
Lead outreach, pitch, and negotiations for partnership agreements with potential collaborators
Structure partnership models (referral, integration, co-marketing, revenue share) that drive mutual value
Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Client Success to operationalize partnership initiatives
Guide onboarding and enablement for new partners
Act as the primary point of contact for partners; sustain long-term engagement and satisfaction
Monitor partnership health, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for expansion
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) tied to partnership initiatives (e.g., revenue influence, pipeline generation)
Deliver regular reports and actionable insights to leadership
Stay current on industry trends, competitive partnerships, and emerging collaboration opportunities
Qualification
Required
3+ years in partnerships, business development, alliances, or related strategic growth roles (experience in wealthtech / financial services necessary)
Strong strategic thinker with commercial awareness and market insight
Excellent communicator and negotiator, able to build credibility with external partners and internal stakeholders
Relationship builder with the ability to cultivate long-term, mutually beneficial collaborations
Collaborative operator who thrives in cross-functional environments
Analytical mindset with comfort using KPIs and performance metrics to drive decisions
