Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls and emails from clients
Assist customers with filing insurance claims and processing payments
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Support licensed agents by handling administrative and non-licensed tasks
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
Utilize Microsoft Outlook and related Office programs to manage communications and scheduling
Coordinate with internal team members to ensure seamless client experiences
Perform other general office duties as needed
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and other Office applications
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Friendly, professional demeanor with a customer-first attitude
Preferred
Insurance industry knowledge is a plus, but not required
