Responsibilities

Define the AI product roadmap and platform architecture
Decide where AI adds value — and where it should not be used
Translate qualitative human signals into structured data inputs
Partner with engineering on model selection, tooling, and deployment
Ensure AI outputs are interpretable, calm, and ethically grounded
Test, iterate, and ship with real users — not demos
Reduce founder dependency by codifying judgment into systems

Required

8–15+ years in product, platform, or applied AI roles
Experience shipping AI-powered consumer or trust-based products

Able to bridge product, engineering, and real-world constraints
Not chasing hype — focused on usefulness, safety, and outcomes

Preferred

Backgrounds in marketplaces, matchmaking, fintech, healthcare, or regulated platforms are a plus
