Responsibilities
Demonstrates an understanding of production value by sourcing voice over talent around campus to fit the style of station and production imaging
Critically evaluate production imaging for accuracy, clarity, appropriate style, and correctness
Demonstrate an understanding of digital technology and tools to create and refresh station imaging on a regular schedule
Practice teamwork by working with shows and On-Air Personality in producing imaging for their properties as needed
Demonstrate leadership in recruiting students to edit various VOs for station imaging
Develop professional job skills by attending any staff leadership & job skill enhancement training
Apply current tools and technologies to assist with station remotes and events
Adhere to all Policy and Procedures
Report any and all violations to GM and OM
Qualification
Required
Must be enrolled at UWG with a minimum of 6 credit hours
Must maintain 2.0 GPA
All students must have completed one or more of the following courses: In house WIT Training Course, COMM 3351-Radio Program Production, COMM-3352 Fundamentals of Television Production, COMM-3353 Fundamentals of Film & Video Production, COMM 4421-Radio Practicum, COMM 4485 – Sports Communication, COMM-3354 Digital social media & Society
Frequently moves Audio/Visual equipment weighing up to 50 pounds across campus for various classrooms and events needs
