As an Accounting & Finance Intern, you will assist with financial reporting, invoicing, and project analyses while collaborating with industry experts in a supportive hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

Assist with preparing draft and final invoice packages and generating receivable reports

Help correspond with clients and reconciling variances

Support special project analyses and assisting with year-end auditor requirements

Learn how to write off uncollectible receivables, labor, and/or expenses

Respond to requests for project information and additional services related to billing

Required

Currently enrolled in an Associate's or Bachelor's program pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration/Management, or another related field

Previous coursework, projects or experience in finance, accounting, statistics, and/or economics

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Microsoft Access

Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred

Currently enrolled in a Master's program pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration/Management, or another related field

Previous internship, co-op, or related work experience in finance, accounting, and/or business

Knowledge of A/E software or other accounting platforms
