Responsibilities
Allocate materials for delivery and execute warehouse inventory functions
Support packing, transfer orders, and bin-level receiving/replenishment
Configure and troubleshoot SAP WM/MM modules and related integrations
Execute EOD processes: closing orders, shipping notifications, etc
Interface with ShipERP for label generation, FedEx/UPS communication
Use RF scanners and mobile printers on the warehouse floor
Create and maintain test plans, SOPs, and documentation
Provide internal support and collaborate cross-functionally with SD/FI/ABAP teams
Drive process improvements and propose scalable warehouse solutions
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years of hands-on SAP WM/MM configuration experience
Demonstrated experience in warehouse operations and systems support
Strong communication and collaboration skills with internal teams
Proactive mindset focused on innovation and process improvement
Not from a consulting background; must show progressive in-house roles
Preferred
Exposure to SD/FI modules or ShipERP
Familiarity with ABAP or mobile warehouse tools (RF scanners, printers)
Experience with test planning and execution
Background in fast-paced, high-growth warehouse environments
