Guide clients through scheduling their home inspection services
Support our team of expert inspectors and administrative staff
Help families make informed decisions about their future homes
Contribute to our mission of providing critical safety information to homebuyers
Respond to customer inquiries with enthusiasm and professionalism
Schedule and coordinate inspection services efficiently
Master knowledge of our comprehensive inspection services
Support our inspection team and office administrators
Assist with data entry and marketing initiatives
Contribute ideas for service and process improvements
Qualification
Required
Customer service experience with a positive, can-do attitude
Professional phone etiquette and excellent communication skills
Strong attention to detail and time management abilities
Adaptability and eagerness to learn about the real estate industry
Initiative and creative problem-solving skills
Preferred
Sales experience is a plus
