Law Practice
Responsibilities
Review and mark up commercial contracts, including NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, POs, Sales/Distribution Agreements, SaaS Agreements and More
Apply consistent legal judgment, and client context (playbooks, past dealings, matter specific guidance, etc) to AI-assisted first drafts of contracts and mark ups and identify gaps, risks, and negotiation opportunities
Collaborate with founders on how to best integrate AI into attorney work flow
Design AI-first workflows to streamline attorney process
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience drafting and marking up broad range commercial contracts
Specific, hands-on experience with a wide range of MSAs across markets and industries
Detail-oriented; can maintain intense focus over sustained review sessions
Strong written judgment and comfort working in a technology-forward legal environment
Admitted to Bar to at least one US state
Eligible to work in US
Preferred
Admitted to TX, NY, FL, or IL state Bars
Technical or engineering degree/experience
