Inside Sales Representative
Headwaters Talent Advisors is supporting an industrial equipment manufacturing client in hiring an Inside Sales Representative to aid in their growth. The role involves engaging with prospects, qualifying opportunities, and assisting customers in selecting appropriate equipment through a consultative sales approach.
Responsibilities
Prospect and engage customers via phone, email, and inbound leads
Qualify opportunities and manage a sales pipeline within a CRM
Conduct virtual product demonstrations and system walk-throughs
Educate customers on product benefits, safety, and ROI
Prepare quotes and proposals and support deal closure
Collaborate with operations and field sales teams
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Qualification
Required
1–3+ years of inside or B2B sales experience
Confident phone presence and comfort with outbound outreach
Consultative selling and lead qualification experience
Clear, professional communication skills
Basic technical aptitude and willingness to learn industrial products
CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
Preferred
Experience selling industrial equipment, capital goods, or technical products strongly preferred
