Responsibilities
Perform testing, inspection, light assembly, machine operation, and packaging
Work on assignments that are routine in nature where limited judgment is required
Follow detailed instructions and work under close supervision
Operate within established policies and procedures and seek approval for deviations
Meet production standards and goals, and ensure adherence to quality policies and customer specifications
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in electronic manufacturing, either through-hole or surface mount soldering
Strong mechanical aptitude
Basic computer skills, including the ability to navigate programs, use Excel for documentation, and experience with Outlook
Ability to operate hand tools and read blueprints
Preferred
A high school diploma or equivalent GED is preferred
One or more years of related experience is preferred
Ability to adapt to changes in work plans and priorities
Willingness to support improvement initiatives and participate actively in improving the work environment
Ability to work cooperatively in a team and cross-functional teams
Maintaining a level temperament in a stressful environment and sharing information proactively
Open to learning and completing different tasks frequently
