Responsibilities
Perform high‑quality metalcore and flux core welding on large structural components
Fit, weld, and assemble heavy steel poles used for critical infrastructure
Read and interpret blueprints with accuracy and confidence
Complete and pass all required welding and fitting tests
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of heavy industrial welding and fitting experience
Strong proficiency in metalcore and flux core processes
Ability to read and interpret detailed blueprints
Experience working with large structures in a manufacturing environment
Solid work history and dependable attendance
