Essentia Health is seeking a Nocturnist Physician to join their team in Fargo, ND. The role involves providing top quality care in a collegial team atmosphere, managing a patient load of 130 patients, and working flexible night shifts with support from specialists.

Responsibilities

An adaptable, collaborative, team-player, looking to spend time with patients and provide top quality care
Strong, collegial team atmosphere with 20+ full-time hospitalists and NP support
Patient Load: Includes rotating through – Cross Coverage (130 patients) – Admitting and Tele Hospitalist – 3 nocturnists on per shift
Access specialty and 24/7 intensivist support
Shift: Nocturnist, 7:00p.m. – 7:00a.m. 1.0 FTE = 24 weeks per year
Scheduling: 7/7 on & off. Flexible shifts and scheduling options

Required

BC/BE Internal Medicine
BC/BE Family Medicine with a minimum of 1 year Hospitalist experience, or completion of a Hospitalist Fellowship
