Responsibilities
Assemble drone frames, arms, braces, and fasteners following detailed work instructions
Mount and secure motors, motor skids, and related hardware to frames
Install ESCs, capacitors, and power leads; perform precise soldering on small wires and terminals
Wire and connect flight controllers, receivers, video transmitters, and antennas to defined standards
Flash firmware and verify system functionality during final assembly
Apply quality standards at each stage, inspecting and reworking assemblies when necessary
Maintain accurate production records and follow shift startup/shutdown procedures
Keep workstations clean, organized, and safe
Adapt to shifting priorities and meet critical production deadlines
Take ownership of product quality and reliability throughout the build process
Qualification
Required
Experience with hand tools and soldering irons
Ability to follow detailed work instructions
Attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality products
Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and meet critical production deadlines
Experience in assembling electronic components and systems
Ability to maintain accurate production records
