This role involves coordinating material ordering, delivery, contractor activity, and installation schedules across various construction sites while managing subcontractors and ensuring projects stay on schedule.

Responsibilities
Schedule equipment ordering in partnership with Supply Chain
Coordinate equipment delivery with farm managers
Oversee contractor equipment installation
Participate in pre‑construction planning and project meetings
Communicate progress, delays, and solutions to supervisors
Manage daily work of subcontractor electricians and equipment installers
Ensure materials arrive on‑site in time to meet project deadlines
Resolve shipping issues with Supply Chain
Perform and document final inspections
Communicate with Capital Planning & Construction leadership
Qualification
Required
Experience as a Construction Superintendent or construction supervisor
Experience in commercial or agricultural construction
Strong understanding of construction phases, materials, vendors, and processes
Ability to communicate professionally and handle sensitive information
Valid driver's license (must meet MVR requirements for company vehicle or mileage reimbursement)
Strong organization and scheduling abilities
