Mid, Senior LevelCiocca Automotive Western Division is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Used Car Sales Manager to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will work directly with customers to foster relationships, provide training to sales staff, and lead the sales team to achieve performance goals.

Responsibilities
Work directly with customers to develop enriching relationships that improve client happiness and fuel the sales process
Provide training and support to sales staff and assist in closing deals
Facilitate regular sales training for continue team growth
Demonstrate leadership by setting a clear vision and goals for the sales targeted performance
Engage and motivate the team to achieve key goals, performance expectations and standard methodology processes
Partner with General Manager plan and run vehicle inventory
Assist in running controllable expense elements for the Used Vehicle Department
Qualification
Required
Automotive dealership management experience preferred
Shown success in auto retail sales
High School diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
