Responsibilities
Welding, fabrication, and repair work
Build platforms, handrails, and structural components
Install/repair mechanical systems (chains, gearboxes, bearings, belts)
Read blueprints/schematics (or learn on the job)
Daily travel with the crew (drive time is paid)
Outdoor, hands-on work in all weather
Qualification
Required
Comfortable working outdoors, at heights, or in tight spaces
Valid driver's license
Able to pass pre-employment screening
Willing to travel daily from shop to job sites
Preferred
Solid work history (mechanical, construction, welding, fabrication, or millwright experience preferred)
Bonus skills: welding, rigging, electrical/wiring, forklift, fabrication, or agriculture/grain industry experience
