Responsibilities
Facilitate engaging and informative training sessions for end-users, both in-person and through virtual platforms
Respond promptly to end-users’ questions and provide clarifications to ensure a smooth learning experience
Develop, update, and enhance training programs and materials to align with product updates and diverse end-user groups
Work with clients to schedule training sessions that align with their operational needs—coach clients on best practices to maximize the benefits of our product within their workflow
Provide ongoing support and guidance to address any challenges and optimize product utilization
During go-live week, visiting multiple sites and assisting healthcare providers in setting up and configuring the app to meet their needs
At the customer site, you will walk the halls where needed to provide hands-on demonstrations to illustrate product usage and key workflows
While onsite, actively engage with physicians during clinic visits, encouraging and ensuring the consistent use of our product
Provide hands-on support and guidance to overcome any challenges physicians may face during product adoption
Provide feedback and escalate as needed
Monitor end-user adoption rates and identify areas for improvement or additional support
Cultivate strong, professional relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships
Act as the client champion during implementation and go-live phases, ensuring their needs are met and concerns addressed
Embrace extensive travel to client sites, maintaining a strong on-site presence for effective, face-to-face engagement
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in client engagement, training, or implementation roles within the healthcare or technology industry
Must have strong customer service / interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and without supervision
Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and travel extensively
