Responsibilities
Clean tools and equipment per documented procedures
Assemble medical devices and related components in a controlled cleanroom environment
Utilize microscopes, hand tools, razor blades, syringes, soldering, and adhesive bonding, and operate various equipment
Perform routine assignments following standardized procedures under close supervision
Conduct visual inspections and precision measurements on components and assemblies
Perform tests on units using computerized test equipment
Repair and correct devices/components using microscopes and applicable tools
Package devices accurately and ensure all documentation is complete
Maintain accurate records for travelers, shop floor paperwork, and quality documents
Follow all safety guidelines and use appropriate safety devices and equipment
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
Minimum 6 months of manufacturing experience
Ability to work in a cleanroom environment
Basic English communication skills
Experience in assembly and machine operation, preferably in the medical device sector
