Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact with our customers
Greet and assist customers, and respond to a variety of customer questions and requests
Learn and Use our reservation system to schedule passengers and process payments
Manage the passenger check-in process, including preparation of baggage and freight for travel
Lift and move up to 50 pounds without assistance, perform light custodial and housekeeping tasks
Communicate complex concepts to customers regarding flight status, pricing, schedules, and weather issues

Required

High school or equivalent (Required)
Customer service: 1 year (Required)
Driver's License (Required)

Administrative: 3 years (Preferred)
Professional, or academic aviation: 1 year (Preferred)
