Work closely with Senior Associates and Partners on complex civil and business litigation cases
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
Handle depositions, prepare clients for hearings, and represent them in mediations, arbitrations, and court appearances
Develop and maintain strong client relationships
Qualification
Required
J.D. degree and admission to the California Bar
At least 3 years of experience in civil and business litigation
Strong analytical, legal writing, and research skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in legal research and case management software
Ability to juggle multiple deadlines and manage a high volume of work
