Responsibilities
Provide strategic direction and operational oversight for multiple McDonald’s restaurant locations
Lead, coach, and develop Area Supervisors and restaurant management teams to achieve operational and financial goals
Analyze and interpret P&L statements, identify opportunities for increased profitability, and implement effective cost-control measures
Ensure consistent execution of McDonald’s brand standards and exceptional guest experiences across all locations
Drive continuous improvement in operational processes, customer service, and food quality
Foster a positive, inclusive, and motivating work environment that attracts and retains top talent
Collaborate closely with ownership and other senior leaders to set and achieve organizational objectives
Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, from front-line team members to executives
Qualification
Required
Minimum 10 years of experience in the QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) industry
At least 5 years as a successful Area Supervisor specifically within McDonald's operations
Demonstrated expertise in reading, analyzing, and managing P&L statements; strong profit and loss focus is essential
Exceptional oral and written communication skills; able to clearly convey expectations, feedback, and strategic goals
Learns from diverse perspectives and contrary thought
Translates strategy into actions
Takes ownership for delivering on targets against critical Business metrics
Can think on-their-feet and quickly redirect when obstacles/barriers surface
Displays confidence despite unforeseen circumstances
Capable of building rapport and respectful business relationships both internally and externally
Focuses the organization on efforts that maximize customer value and enhance loyalty and commitment
Continually leverages multiple inputs (external research, benchmarking, internal network) to understand business and industry trends
Builds and attracts talent to sustain long-term business growth
Successfully create, track, and implement organizational plans
Influential leadership style; proven ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams to achieve high standards and exceed targets
Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
High level of integrity, professionalism, and a passion for operational excellence
