Responsibilities
Operate machinery to produce medical devices to meet specifications
Follow manufacturing instructions and update job documentation accurately for traceability
Prepare and pack products for sterilization
Inspect products using a microscope
Set up coating machines and conduct coating, inspection, and folding of balloon catheters
Prepare excipient and spray coating formulations and conduct formulation testing
Package sterile and non-sterile finished or semi-finished goods
Identify and replenish supplies as needed
Build components for top-level work orders
Complete necessary cleaning activities
Qualification
Required
1+ year of experience in medical device manufacturing, ideally with microscope use
Proficiency in English at a medium level
Willingness to work overtime and weekends
Comfortable working with chemicals
Familiarity with cleanroom/gowning and de-gowning processes
High School diploma or equivalent education
Preferred
Experience in an aseptic or pharmaceutical environment
