Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive retail strategy aligned with company goals, focusing on growth, innovation, and customer experience across national retail chains
Own executive-level relationships with top national restaurant chains (e.g., RBI, Inspire Brands, Starbucks, Taco Bell, etc.), ensuring strong collaboration, joint business planning, and long-term partnership success
Bring a strong portfolio of industry contacts and relations within the national restaurant chain space along with intimate knowledge of the operations, cost structure and short-, mid-, and long-term goals of various potential clients
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of account directors and managers. Foster a culture of accountability, agility, and excellence
Drive top-line growth through effective negotiation, promotional planning, assortment optimization, and execution of retail programs
Partner with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Product teams to ensure alignment and flawless execution of retail initiatives
Oversee sales forecasting, performance tracking, and retail analytics to inform decision-making and identify growth opportunities
Stay ahead of retail trends, consumer behavior, and competitive dynamics to inform strategy and maintain a leadership position in the market

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
10+ years of progressive experience in retail sales, account management, or commercial leadership

Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
