Responsibilities
Promptly clear, clean and set-up tables, chairs, linens, china, glass and silverware for service in a discreet manner
Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests
Pick up food items from kitchen, check order for accuracy and quality before delivering and serve guest
Stock side stations with linens, china, glass, silverware, and paper goods for service; fill salt, pepper shakers, replenish sugars., prepare bread service Breakdown, clean and set-up side stations and back of house areas
Qualification
Required
Minimum two-years food service or related work
Ability to carry and balance a tray
Previous experience in luxury hospitality
