Responsibilities
Support the founding team with day to day operational execution and in-house systems
Manage account level tasks such as reconciliation, configuration changes, and platform setup
Perform light technical implementation and troubleshooting across payment processing tools, analytics, and client integrations
Assist customers with setup, fixes, and ongoing support in a clear, professional, and timely manner
Help document and improve internal workflows, support processes, and operational best practices
Coordinate across product, operations, and customer stakeholders to ensure issues are resolved efficiently
Qualification
Required
Highly organized, detail driven, and reliable
Comfortable working in technical dashboards, admin workflows, and SaaS tools
Strong written communication skills and a calm, solutions-oriented approach
Able to learn quickly, follow complex processes, and improve them over time
Comfortable working closely with founders in a fast-pace environment
