Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional projects that drive firm NNA, increases revenue, increases client sentiment or decreases expenses
Bring structure and clarity to complex initiatives through disciplined planning, critical thinking and strategic execution
Own projects that test strategic hypotheses that are rooted in client-specific and/or Enterprise Solutions organizational priorities
Act as a connector and voice of Enterprise Solutions, ensuring critical alignment and communication across internal partners
Qualification
Required
5-7 years of experience in a project management, business management or client-focused preferred
Bachelor's degree required
Preferred
Licensed is a plus (FINRA Series 7, 63 or SIE)
Strong knowledge of Microsoft suite of products including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Preferred background in financial products and services
Demonstrated ability to influence and build consensus across diverse stakeholders with confidence and diplomacy to effectively facilitate dialogue and decision making
Proven track record of independently driving priorities and managing multiple projects with quality and timeliness
Strong analytical skills to interpret data, solve problems, and inform decisions
Ability to foster connections across different parts of the organization to drive a well-rounded implementation strategy
A ‘can-do', results and detail orientation approach to executing on projects with a focus on organization, efficient productivity and development of creative solutions
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, including executive-level presentations in PowerPoint
Ability to navigate ambiguity and apply critical thinking to complex challenges
Motivated by change and a demonstrated success with effective change management is a plus
Understanding of Advisor Services business model and field organizations, with direct experience preferred
