Responsibilities
Recruit, interview, and hire team members across multiple locations
Sell the company vision, culture, and growth opportunities to candidates
Own onboarding and 30/60/90-day check-ins
Provide individual and group training and coaching
Analyze performance data and create improvement or coaching plans
Support managers with performance conversations and development
Manage Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and exit interviews
Strengthen culture, engagement, and accountability across all locations
Qualification
Required
Automotive industry experience required
Leadership experience in sales-driven or performance-based environments
Experience training, coaching, or developing teams
Working understanding of technician roles and shop workflow
Comfortable using data to guide coaching and decisions
Strong communicator with high emotional intelligence
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
