Responsibilities
Develop and execute detailed test plans and scenarios using Zephyr
Analyze test results, investigate root causes of failures, and prepare clear reports for internal teams and external stakeholders
Manage and run CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins to test across environments
Maintain test environments to reflect accurate and up-to-date conditions for ongoing automation
Participate in daily syncs with the remote QA team to align priorities and resolve issues collaboratively
Qualification
Required
US Citizenship Is Required For Security Clearance
5+ years of QA experience with a strong emphasis on automation
Proficiency with Zephyr and Jira for test management and tracking
Hands-on experience with Cucumber and WebDriver for behavior-driven testing
Working knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript
Experience with one or more of the following: Selenium, Appium, Cypress, Playwright
Familiarity with Jenkins and CI/CD practices
Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to deliver QA insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience working with AWS to manage cloud environments or test infrastructure
A background in software development and strong coding practices in a QA context
QA Automation: 5 years (Required)
JavaScript: 3 years (Required)
Ability to Commute: Buffalo, NY 14233 (Required)
