Responsibilities
Position talent acquisition as a proactive, data-driven function that anticipates business needs and delivers high-impact talent solutions
Serve as a strategic advisor, collaborating with senior leaders, HR, legal, and finance to support workforce planning, succession strategies, and transformation initiatives that align with organizational objectives
Effectively connect with senior partners and leaders in an environment where strategic decisions depend on the accurate and timely flow of information
Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by providing market insights, best practices, and data-driven recommendations to shape hiring decisions
Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple functions, from intake and job postings through sourcing, selection, and offer negotiation
Partner with HR partners and hiring leaders to create compelling, inclusive job descriptions and effective recruitment campaigns
Assess candidates through structured interviews and evaluations, ensuring alignment with Seeq’s culture, values, and role requirements
Maintain an organized and proactive candidate pipeline, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience with timely updates and feedback
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to engage both active and passive talent, leveraging multiple channels, platforms, and networks
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across technical and go-to-market functions
Stay current with recruiting trends, technologies, and competitive intelligence in SaaS and technology talent markets
Deliver a high-touch, inclusive candidate experience through timely communication, transparency, and follow-through
Champion Seeq’s employer brand, culture, and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through engaging interactions with candidates and the community
Establish clear performance metrics to elevate talent acquisition outcomes, candidate experience, and hiring manager satisfaction
Use metrics, analytics, and dashboards to evaluate recruiting effectiveness and continuously refine strategies
Lead ongoing improvements and innovative approaches involved in daily recruitment activities to increase the quality, speed, and consistency of hiring outcomes
Drive adoption of platforms and AI tools that improve recruiter efficiency and enable data-driven decision-making
Keep recruiting efforts moving with strong structure and follow-through (intake alignment, feedback timing, candidate updates, and decision-making flow)
Provide clear weekly updates and proactive risk flags to hiring managers and HR leadership to maintain momentum and reduce delays
Qualification
Required
Highly skilled and strategic in recruitment
Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment across technical and go-to-market functions
Strong focus on software engineering and sales recruitment
Expertise in sourcing, assessment, relationship-building, and talent strategy
Comfortable using recruiting data and Excel-based reporting
Ability to position talent acquisition as a proactive, data-driven function
Experience collaborating with senior leaders, HR, legal, and finance
Ability to connect with senior partners and leaders effectively
Experience providing market insights, best practices, and data-driven recommendations
Experience leading and managing the full recruitment lifecycle
Ability to create compelling, inclusive job descriptions and effective recruitment campaigns
Experience assessing candidates through structured interviews and evaluations
