Sales Operations Manager
Fit City Adventures is a corporate lifestyle concierge company providing unique adventures and wellness experiences across 50+ cities. The Sales Operations Manager will ensure the smooth operation of the sales organization by managing CRM accuracy, sales processes, and documentation while supporting marketing initiatives that drive revenue.

Responsibilities
Own and maintain HubSpot CRM accuracy, including pipelines, deal stages, required fields, and reporting
Ensure consistent pipeline updates, forecasting, and visibility for leadership
Build and maintain dashboards, workflows, and automations to support the sales team
Partner with sales to improve follow-up, handoffs, and process adherence
Create, maintain, and organize Sales SOPs, playbooks, and training documentation
Standardize processes for lead handling, proposals, follow-ups, and handoffs
Maintain and update sales templates (proposals, decks, menus, one-pagers)
Manage sales and showcase inventory, including branded materials and promo items
Coordinate shipping and logistics for showcases, client gifts, and sales presentations
Track inventory levels, vendors, and reorder timelines to support 50+ markets
Support planning and execution of quarterly virtual showcases and bi-annual in-person showcases
Coordinate calendars, materials, promo items, and follow-up tracking
Assist CEO with menu of services updates, partnership discussions, and vendor research
Support multiple weekly sales presentations using Fit City materials and menus
Collaborate with marketing on sales-driven campaigns, enewsletters, and website updates
Ensure sales content is current, accurate, and aligned with pipeline goals
Support CRM-driven outreach, segmentation, and reporting
Assist with promotional appearances, panels, PR opportunities, and sponsorship tracking as needed
Qualification
Required
5–10+ years in sales operations, sales support, or sales roles within hospitality, events, DMCs, hotels, or experiential brands
Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM
Experience creating processes, SOPs, and training documentation
Comfortable managing logistics, inventory, and timelines
Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented
Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Passion for wellness, experiences, and human connection
Experience supporting teams across multiple time zones
Familiarity with Southern California event industry a plus; national expansion experience strongly preferred
Preferred
Experience supporting sales showcases or events
Obsession with tools, efficiency, and improving systems
Involvement in industry organizations such as SITE, MPI, or ILEA
