Responsibilities
Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap aligned with the company’s business objectives and market opportunities
Lead, mentor, and grow Product Managers and Associate Product Managers, establishing a high-performing, customer-obsessed product organization
Translate business goals and customer needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and success metrics
Partner with Engineering and Design teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure products
Drive cross-functional alignment with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Data teams to maximize product adoption, engagement, and revenue
Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions and product prioritization
Establish processes and best practices for product discovery, roadmap planning, and lifecycle management
Own product performance metrics, including adoption, retention, NPS, and business impact, ensuring data-driven decision-making
Communicate product vision, priorities, and trade-offs to executive leadership and stakeholders
Qualification
Required
10+ years of product management experience, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles
Proven experience leading multiple product teams and managers in a technology-driven environment
Demonstrated ability to define product strategy, roadmaps, and measurable business outcomes
Experience working with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Data
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Experience in B2B, SaaS, or enterprise product management
Familiarity with data-driven products, analytics platforms, or AI-enabled solutions
Experience scaling products in high-growth or confidential organizations
Expertise in Agile product development methodologies
