Conduct listing appointments, price analyses, and property marketing
Collaborate with clients to prepare, stage, and market homes effectively
Commit to daily time-blocked lead generation activities
Create engaging video and social media content that connects with the local community
Serve as an influencer and the face of Lewke Partners on all social platforms, driving attention and engagement
Develop innovative campaigns to attract potential sellers
Brainstorm new ways to get noticed and hired as the go-to listing team in the area
Stay ahead of real estate trends and integrate cutting-edge strategies into the business
Absorb training on people management, negotiations, and closing deals
Embrace mentorship and feedback to grow into leadership roles
Shadow and assist the Lead Listing Specialist to gain unparalleled insight into high-level operations
Actively participate in team initiatives, meetings, and events
Support and uplift colleagues, contributing to a positive and ethical work culture
Qualification
Required
Natural-born communicator with superstar energy
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to create engaging content on social media platforms
Comfortable on camera (we mean really comfortable)
Interest in or experience with real estate sales and marketing
Licensed Realtor? Awesome. Not licensed? We'll wait (but not forever)
Live near the Lewke Partners downtown Crystal Lake office, and yes, we expect to see your shining face in person, every day
