Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to general managers, sales leaders, and business unit directors, including complex calendar management
Coordinate domestic and international travel as well as lodging and transportation for leaders, guests, and candidates
Plan and manage meetings and events across business units, including sales meetings, facilities, catering, and logistics
Support on site customer visits and create a professional experience for visitors and candidates
Oversee general office operations, including supplies, refreshments, equipment, and audio visual support
Prepare presentations, reports, correspondence, and expense submissions while assisting with recurring business and people reporting
Partner with internal teams to support recruiting coordination, legal documentation, and shared administrative needs
Qualification
Required
Ten or more years of administrative assistant experience with a minimum of 5 years working with multiple senior level executives
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with a high level of professionalism and a flexible, positive demeanor
Work with little supervision and be a self-starter
Execution/Results Driven
Proficient with Microsoft Office products
Requires excellent interpersonal, written and organizational skills
