Responsibilities
Assist Project Managers with coordination of architects, civil engineers, and consultants
Support entitlement, permitting, and utility-service applications in local jurisdictions (CLV, Clark County, Henderson, NLV)
Review drawings, track design updates, and help manage project documents
Assist with submittals, RFIs, pay applications, and schedule updates from general contractors
Perform site walks and help monitor construction progress and quality
Maintain project logs, budgets, and close-out documentation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required: Construction Management, Construction Science, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
Ability to read construction drawings and understand basic building/construction processes
Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, or Smartsheet is a plus
Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
Preferred
Internships or construction-related experience highly preferred
