Responsibilities
Lead business and technical requirements analysis across multiple initiatives
Develop functional specifications, user stories and process flows
Work across Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery models
Manage Jira boards, workflows and reporting
Maintain high-quality documentation in Confluence
Support system integrations, APIs and data analysis
Support UAT and delivery through to implementation
Qualification
Required
3+ years' experience as a Business Analyst in an IT or software environment
Strong experience with Jira and Confluence
Understanding of APIs, system integrations and data flows
SQL and strong Excel skills
Preferred
Experience with Dynamics 365 or Power BI is desirable
