Founding Social & Content Manager (Part-Time)
Bioitalia is a family-run organic food brand that is launching in the US and is seeking a Founding Social & Content Manager to build their social presence. The role involves owning Bioitalia’s social channels, defining content pillars, and engaging with the community to grow an engaged following around real food and culture.

Responsibilities
Own Bioitalia’s social channels end to end, primarily Instagram and TikTok
Define content pillars and build a monthly content calendar
Concept, shoot, edit, caption, and publish original content
Translate brand values into clear, compelling storytelling around food, process, culture, and people
Spot trends and adapt them in a way that feels authentic, not forced
Engage with the community daily through comments and DMs
Track performance, test formats, and iterate based on what resonates
Qualification
Required
3–6+ years experience managing social for a brand, startup, or food/lifestyle company
You've helped grow a brand, startup, or personal project from early days to a meaningful following
Strong instincts for short-form video and storytelling
Confident filming and editing content yourself
Excellent writing skills and a natural, thoughtful tone of voice
Deep understanding of Instagram and TikTok culture
Genuine passion for real food, quality ingredients, and brands with integrity
