Own and drive the entire U.S. sales strategy, from hands-on execution to long-term growth
Actively develop the market through distributors, dealers, sales reps, and key accounts, with a strong personal involvement in closing and relationship-building
Build structure, processes, and discipline while operating comfortably in a fast-moving, start-up-like environment
Collaborate closely with Marketing to define go-to-market strategies and support brand and demand generation
Work cross-functionally with Operations and Service to ensure smooth execution, customer satisfaction, and scalable growth
Provide market insights, competitive intelligence, and feedback to support strategic decisions
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in B2B sales leadership with a strong builder and owner mindset
Comfortable operating both strategically and operationally, with a clear bias toward action
Strong experience in channel management and key account development
Natural leader who leads by example and thrives in dynamic, entrepreneurial environments
Results-driven, adaptable, and resilient
Preferred
Knowledge of the Italian language to facilitate collaboration with HQ and internal teams
Previous experience in the food service equipment industry or related B2B manufacturing sectors
