Territory Sales Manager
Paxiom Group is an industry leader in providing innovative packaging solutions. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for developing customer relationships, pursuing sales opportunities, and managing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities
Developing and maintaining customer relationships
Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities
Delivering product presentations
Collaborating with internal teams to meet customer needs
Delivering exceptional support during the sales process

Providing post-sales support
Nurturing key customer accounts
Qualification
Required
Proven sales skills including lead generation, account management, and contract negotiation
Strong understanding of packaging machinery or automation systems, with a technical or engineering background being a plus
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining client relationships
Analytical and strategic thinking with the ability to develop sales strategies
Self-driven with a results-oriented approach and a strong ability to work independently
Proficiency in CRM software and basic knowledge of sales reporting tools
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory to meet clients and partners
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Experience in the manufacturing or packaging industry is highly advantageous
