Responsibilities

Contribute to the design of machine learning algorithms for protein interaction prediction

Contribute to the curation of datasets for performing machine learning

Perform data analysis in the context of protein structure design

Generate machine learning algorithms using PyTorch

Understand research questions and apply proposed solutions, including application of quantitative frameworks to generate quantitative solutions

Work effectively and collaboratively with a highly multidisciplinary team

Effectively plan activities, dividing complex projects into specific tasks

Perform other related duties as assigned
