Responsibilities
Conduct compliance monitoring and internal controls testing to ensure an effective BSA control environment
Perform scheduled testing of business processes to identify compliance gaps and potential risk exposure
Analyze compliance risks and recommend changes to policies and procedures to maintain risk-based controls
Partner with business units to remediate findings identified in risk assessments, audits, or regulatory exams
Maintain up-to-date tracking logs for outstanding audit issues and regulatory examination concerns
Qualification
Required
Experience in BSA, AML, OFAC, and USA PATRIOT Act compliance monitoring and testing
Ability to analyze complex regulatory requirements and evaluate internal control effectiveness
Strong communication skills for acting as a liaison with internal business units and management
Proficiency in performing risk assessments and developing departmental policies and procedures
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and meet regulatory eligibility requirements
