They are seeking 1st and 2nd shift Operators to perform various machine operations, material handling, quality checks, and general maintenance in the Fabrication department while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities
Operate assigned equipment, identify and correct problems as they occur
Run test cycles and do quality audits to maintain accuracy and quality
Maintain safety, quality, and through put as required
Perform timely upkeep of equipment and programs
Communicate with other departments/shifts daily
Keep work area, tools, material, and equipment clean and orderly
Work in a safe manner and report unsafe conditions as required
Track use of consumables and record production data daily
Willingness to operate all equipment in the Fab business unit after completing equipment training
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Computer literacy
Ability to read and understand blueprints/specifications
Ability to stand, walk, reach above shoulders and outward, bend, squat, crawl
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Preferred
Ability to read and understand calipers, micrometer, and protractors
Ability to setup and operate fabrication equipment
Prior experience in metal fabrication
