Responsibilities
Provide access to private funding through NCP’s verified lender pool
Assist clients in securing 100% financing backed by gap services
Manage or participate in daily outreach, loan intake, and client qualification
Operate your own private lending business or manage a cooperative team
Participate in our internal deal flow, marketing systems, and lender chats
Run a daily outreach and sales team using our system
Meet cooperative benchmarks defined by contract
Participate in training, briefings, and lender-matching operations
Operate a private lending business under their own brand
Use NCP’s backend for underwriting, gap funding, and legal prep
Access our 9,000+ lender network without becoming a traditional broker
Receive done-for-you automation, CRM, and marketing systems
Generate 5 to 10 contracts a month with direct lenders
Manage a sales team that generates min 100 mm a month in quota based funding request
Qualification
Required
Ability to work independently and manage tasks remotely
Strong communication, follow-up, and time management
Entrepreneurial mindset with leadership ability
Willingness to use automated systems and follow daily metrics
Must be authorized to work as a 1099 contractor
Preferred
Real estate or lending background preferred, but not required
Bachelor's degree preferred (not required)
