This role involves leading large-scale digital transformation efforts centered on Oracle ERP Cloud modules and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure milestones are met during critical project phases such as testing and go-live.

Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle ERP Cloud solutions across the organization
Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and budget tracking for major milestones
Coordinate monthly on-site sessions for critical phases including testing and go-live events
Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment
Mitigate project risks and resolve complex integration issues during the deployment lifecycle
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience managing full-lifecycle Oracle ERP Cloud implementations
Proven track record of leading complex digital transformation programs in a remote environment
Ability to travel to San Francisco once per month for key project milestones
Strong proficiency in project management methodologies and Oracle ERP modules
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer
